“A Walk In Dublin”: six handcrafted Irish-themed soaps inspired by my grandfather, Thomas, who came to America from Ireland as a little boy around 1903.
In the photo, he sits in the middle of the family, hands in his lap.
He and his seven siblings traveled across an ocean with their parents to a country that offered the promise of a better life, in search of a bit of utopia. That search is something we all share, no matter where our ancestors came from.
Each soap is made from a few simple ingredients:
– olive oil
– coconut oil
– either fresh local goat’s milk from my neighbor’s farm, or creamy whole milk yogurt
– a touch of lavender essential oil, or Utopia Soaps’ fresh, clean signature scent
